After successfully serving our great country in the U.S. Navy and working in the JAG community as a Paralegal/Court Reporter/Instructor, I transitioned to the civilian sector where I gained valuable experience in Higher Education Recruiting, Banking, and Real Estate. Due to industry turbulence at the time, I broke away from the traditional for-profit sector to work with the developmentally disabled at both the State and private sector levels - a humbling and rewarding experience. With an advanced degree in Adult Education & Training and years of formal podium instruction experience, the innate desire to help others appealed to me. The acquired experience in both business sectors allowed me to transition and help folks with their various insurance options in a manner they can easily understand.
