With over 40 years in food, hospitality, and retail, including 27 years as a restaurant owner, I bring a practical, no-nonsense approach to business operations. That background gives me a distinct advantage when working with hospitality and food and beverage businesses that need experienced leadership without the overhead of a full-time executive.

Through partnerships with the West Business Development Center, Lake County Economic Development, and Butte SBDC, I support entrepreneurs across food, retail, and service-based industries. I also bring real-world business application into the classroom as an instructor of Retail Marketing, Customer Service, and Culinary Arts at Mendocino College.
