Lookout Security was founded in 2019 by Lacey and Caleb Speagle with a clear mission: to provide dependable, professional unarmed security that businesses can trust.
With over 23 years of combined experience in the security industry, we saw firsthand the frustrations clients faced—guards not showing up, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. We knew we could do better.
Starting with just a handful of clients, we built Lookout Security around strong hiring practices, technology-driven accountability, and a commitment to customer service. Today, we’ve logged over 100,000 hours securing businesses, job sites, and events across the Phoenix metro area.
