Happy New Year! I am a pet/house sitter of 26 years; trusted, experienced, bonded and insured. I moved to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area in order to be of service to the community. I am currently looking for snowbirds/others who have property in this area, and need someone to stay at their property to house sit extensively. Especially, this would be those who cannot return due to current conditions. I am looking for a house sitting situation by the end of January. It would need to be a pet-friendly home, as I have three well-behaved "kids" who also require my attention. Included in my experience are handling hurricane situations in which homeowners were out of town; being available for service calls; knowing what constitutes a true emergency; and knowing who to call when. I would be happy to discuss my experience and qualifications in detail.

Alternatively, I am looking for someone with a guest house who needs an on-site pet sitter because they have their hands full. Of course, I remain available for those who require my service on a short-term basis as well.
