My passion is guiding and supporting others to live up to their fullest potential! I have been teaching, training, and creating and leading innovative programs for over 20 years. I started out as a clinical instructor in the Physical Education Department at West Virginia University for several years where I instructed future teachers in physical education and early childhood motor development. I was the lead teacher and assisted in the development of award winning physical activity programs for infants, babies, toddlers, pre-school and elementary school age children in both land-based and water-based learning environments.
I currently reside in Pickens, SC with my husband and 2 dogs on beautiful forested land. I work as a naturalist guide and kayak instructor for Jocassee Lake Tours, as a program coordinator for Jocassee Wild Child Outdoor Education, as a national trainer and consultant for Choosy Kids, and as a health consultant and yoga instructor through my own business called Whole Again Wellness.
