When is the best time to go to networking meetings: mornings, lunch time, or afternoons?

I attend 6 networking events a month, and I prefer the evening events. Why? Everyone is off work, very relaxed, sipping their wine and they are open to having a discussion about services. When you're purchasing your prospect a glass of wine, with laughter, they are opened to hear about your services that your company provides. In my 25 years of attending networking events, the morning, lunch time and afternoon events are rushed, no one is relaxed and everyone is looking at their watch so they can leave and return to work. No bueno!
