In doing both you are not only helping the person on the other end of the phone, (whether you are selling or being sold to), but helping yourself. Remember every call and every encounter is an opportunity, the question is are you astute enought to see it? Even the bad bad calls are valuable in that there is a lesson in EVERY one.............even if just to point out what you are doing wron, i.e., how to polish your pitch or how to see the value in what others have to say......... especially when it is not easy to do so like when you are busy. Everyone one you meet has a gift to offer........you just need to see it!
