🌟 How It All Started
Honestly? Necessity and resilience.
In the early 2000s, a forced relocation ended a job I loved — and not long after, life handed me even bigger challenges. Suddenly I was starting over, needed to buy a condo, raise my boys, and build an income — all at once.
So I did what any determined woman does — I figured it out. 💪
I launched my recruiting practice on my own, drawing on my real-world experience in senior living, med tech sales, business development in mental health, and adjunct college teaching. What started as survival became a passion — and that passion became a purpose-driven business helping organizations and professionals find their perfect fit.
