Nice of you, Eric, to come up with this write up. People are always afraid of the unknown. In times like these, there's less traffic on the road which is eerie, media is putting out their piece, doing their job, but which adds fuel to the fire, and then there's social media on smartphones with good information, misinformation and those once in a while jokes around the situation, to keep it light, which is much needed in times like these. In the middle of all this chaos, the small business entrepreneur that is constantly thinking of the next thing, is unable to think or do much becuase everybody seems to be on a lockdown, hesitant to go out, meet people, shake hands, etc. becuase of the threat of the virus. I believe that this forced lockdown should actually force people like me, who have no choice but to resolve to implementing technology. Have meetings on video conferencing platforms like Zoom. Webex, etc. This might be a birth of a new way of doing things for all small businesses afterall.
