After 4 years of success in chemical sales in Hawaii, transitioned from selling to facility and building engineers to including contractors, building owners to my customer lineup once I started selling specialty construction materials in 1990. During that time I got a great education in texting and manufacturing cement based products here in Hawaii and became certified in several construction industry disciplines, "Concrete Repair And Waterproofing Specialist" ICRI, "Construction Document Technologist", CDT, CSI, "MasterFormat Accredited Instructor", CSI. In 1998 Aloha Marketing Manufacturers Representatives was opened and in 2022 after COVID and PKK3 Professional Services, Build Pono and Solo Skiff Hawaii were opened all spin offs from Aloha Marketing of which PKK3 operates all companies.
