I serve Pittsburgh and the Global Community as an Overcome ADHD Master Coach for Adults, Children, Professionals, and Business Owners.

I became a coach for the reason that I have successfully overcome ADHD and other labels going from hospitalized as a youth and suicidal to being completely symptom and medication free for over 20 years, with the use of the methods, techniques, and practices that I teach.

I developed the Science of Self Mastery System based on how I was able to do this myself with methods that are evidence based, and have been shown to be highly effective in significantly reducing mental illness symptoms. Over the past 14 years I have taught thousands of clients from all different backgrounds and different age ranges from 4 to 84. I have taught this system to doctors, therapists, and counselors; and became a founding member of a research center within the University of Pittsburgh studying these different methods that have proven to be so effective. In addition, I have an extensive background in Business Growth Coaching with ADHD professionals and ADDpreneurs(business owners) in over 22 different markets, and have created a firm, called the Da Vincian Group, to help those entrepreneurs who want to scientifically grow their business, learn to master their ADHD, and turn it into their greatest asset!

This journey to help others has given me the opportunity to consult fortune 100s on improving productivity, speak at high level events about mental health, work with schools, coach people in recovery, do community organizing to raise awareness, be interviewed by high level entrepreneurs, and so much more....but after it all, my three biggest passions are to continue to offer this scientific Self Mastery System and coaching globally, to build "it's possible" empowerment communities, and to one day to have schools the world over to give kids the opportunity to learn how to master their gifts, love themselves, and unleash their creative potential onto the world!
