Its time to look for somebody in the photography digital transfer business who would be willing to join forces with you as an employee/potential partner to learn your business model and procedures and help you grow your business.  This is succession planning and once you find a suitable individual you will also need to bring your accountant and your attorney into this mix to make sure your new trainee/potential partner is on the up and up.
