I have had many excellent experiences virtually from beginning of COVID19 shut down. After my 1st panic attack :)) , immediately Howard Hanna released many virtual marketing tools & professional programs for all agents to use . These gave my clients access to many venues of exposure for their homes to sell ! I was able to work virtually without any interruption! There are many webinars, zoom meetings, videos etc I’d never have used before as no need . I was more exhausted at first ( after 38 years ) as Realtor I only worked eyeball to eyeball . Yes, I used authensign, email etc but not for initial appointments to meet and tour their homes to begin my job . I had to see their house location , features +++ or/and research their wants n needs to purchase !! Many FaceTime appointments . Ugh trying not to get dizzy from floor to ceiling shots 😂
I have A “ new normal” as many and much enjoyed now . 🌷🌷🎉

Yes, I am definitely more prepared with my real estate business to roll out with all CDC regulations if there is another lockdown .

Yes, I am definitely more prepared with my real estate business to roll out with all CDC regulations if there is another lockdown .
My broker , Howard Hanna, had introduced and keeps providing many more virtual tools for me to help the next caller move immediately .
My “New Normal” program is detailed & is being implemented with caring and prompt service to act with each call .
The 1st week of lockdowns I received my first call from a family having to move out of state . I heard the panic in her voice and without hesitation reassured her not to worry . I would handle every detail .
It was all virtual at first & very contradictory to my 38 year of doing business. But, my plan was put into motion and when the house/property was listed to market , it sold with the first 3 sets of buyers and offers virtual preview. Success enjoyed for this wonderful family . Yes, it was also a very high price range and luxury neighborhood . The next calls were referrals for a townhouse and grand newlyweds buying their first home in a nearby Village .

Knowknowable about all loans available , prompt service to customer and with the referral agent !! And above all , thouroghly pre approve them immediately asking for ALL debt and income on 1st meeting. Must not wait !! Do complete credit history for all 3 credit reports , immediately . Be...

Be efficient to get the loan processed and approved as promotly as possible. Do not wait until date due on the contract.
Love what they do. Be courteous. Communicate with the buyer regularly and agent . DO get back to them when promised. Guess that means be dependable . Work for a reputable bank.

Listen to your agent.
You may then get a better price from more buyers that can now afford to buy your house . Make sense ?
