If a merchant sets up precautions, and a potential customer does not want to abide by those rules, he is not served, very similar to no shirt, no shoes no service. Now we add in face masks and social distancing. Not every business is the "same" but we are all not that different. Be safe !!

Some jobs can not be done from home, therefore those positions do not use them as an option. It is no different than in pre covid world, if you had an employee not doing a job well, you change their position or make some type of an adjustment.

My value is that I just answer the phone immediately and get their issue fixed. When things are going well, I just make sure I keep in touch with them and just say hello. They know someone is out there and is watching their back. I care about their success because it contributes to mine.

However, I think that most people that work for someone else have a relatively good feeling about a business when it is performing well especially when it is a privately held company. If business is "happening" and all seems to be in in good standing, I think the only obligation by the owner is to let their employees know that business is strong and the trickle down effect is that they too are taken care of. The Pro to this is that employees are more likely to stick around. If business is sliding, ownership is in panic mode, then employees are more likely to be looking on the outside. If the issue is temporary, then some good open honesty can help keep people longer, at least those dedicated employees.

If you hired a baseball coach, they may see something in your swing that you just don't see or realize and they can offer a non emotional solution that you just can't put your finger on. Sometimes, they do NOT need to have the techy experience you may think they need to have. A coach listens to what you want to accomplish without the preconceived notions you have of why something will fail. I know of several coaches that have done miracles. Good luck.

I do a lot of work with local referrals, and that works most effectively for me and my line of work. I can't say whether mailers, postcards Facebook would be more or less effective for your product. Yo probably have to try some of all methods and find out what works best for you.
