After a radical back surgery gone awry and the ensuing, unrelenting and excruciating pain for over five years resulting in an addiction to opiods. All other doctors did before my wife met Dr. Ozarkar were obsessed with prescribing habit forming drugs. With the gentle coaxing Dr. Ozarkar provided in-person and the ongoing monitoring and person involvement and assistance he provided, Karen was able to ultimately quit all habit forming drugs and return to living life habit-free. Thank you, Dr. Ozarkar! You have been a God-Send to us! John Mauldin"

Anyone who gets the vaccine must know that years of research have been circumvented to boost the ego of those who forced it into use prematurely. The impact of the vaccine will be devastating, over time. Already, deaths are being reported world over. And the real devastation will be from reactions in the future. The "vaccine" is NOT a real vaccine as it does not inhibit transmission. Further, your DNA is forever altered, good or bad. Finally, you become an experiment and you are forever tagged and made Ai responsive.

All of our work is focused on marketing dominance utilizing a mix of internet-based activities combined with "boots on the ground" live promotion through a variety of venues. Since Covid, we have simply transitioned any live activities to 0n-line and doing "business as usual" with the remainder of the practice.  There is no doubt far too many businesses paid little, if any, attention to growing their business on the net if they have been fully focused on "brick and mortar" methods of business building. NOW is the time to jump in with both feet and grow your business on the net.

Not so centered on the author but, rather, on solutions.

Part of the biz but the profitability of this offsets the challenges. Once you have that, as others have pointed out, developing applications that mean value is where its at. Good luck!

I modeled my business from all the information I gathered before starting it from people who owned businesses already. I would knock on their door and ask them if they would share some insights into operating the business and making it a success. I always asked, "If you had to do it over again, what would you do different?" There is no reason to reinvent the wheel. People who have gone before you already know the pitfalls and can steer you around them if you ask questions and listen intently. Since my childhood business, I have orchestrated the start-up and successful operation of no less than 88 different franchises, all in diverse fields. One of the first things I do before working with a client is to research the competition and, one by one, contact them to see if the founder(s) will talk to me. In every different industry, I always find at least one person who is willing to share advice that may take months or years to learn from operating the business. People love to be "the expert" and, very often, to help if properly asked. Ask and LISTEN!

Each year, no less than 10% of customers on most any list are lost due to divorce, death, marriage, transfer and many other reasons. So the routine replenishment of customers is an ongoing effort, or should be. For me, I have used autoresponders for decades and would not be without the use of one. They allow me to take important events, purchases, etc. and pass them on to clients/customers effortlessly. I can manage a mailing list/customer list of 100 or 1 million people with push-button ease. Be cautious to avoid jumping in with one autoresponder supplier over another. Mine got his start in Texas many years ago and has grown it from a tiny operation to one that is worldwide. I love them and they are great to deal with. If you would like my supplier, email me at: jsmauldin@msn.com and in the subject line put: Autoresponder. I will send complete information by return email.

(more) There are two things that bring better search engine rankings than anything else, content and backlinks. Since 1996, I have proven this premise time and time again and still do today. Who needs content the most? Anyone who owns/operates a website and wants to improve rankings with search engines, esp. in local search. All websites should have a new post at least once a week and preferably twice. By the time you get through writing a post then posting excerpts of that article on various sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit  and others, you get lots of mileage, exposure, a backlink to the site (All articles should include a link to some part of your site. If nothing else, a link to a photo on your site.) The combination of two articles a month and reposting to leading social media sites should make you at least a couple hundred a month from each client and once they get started with you, they are prospects for other web related services.  As an alternative, pick an industry like franchises and find the home offices of some and start offering a similar service or writing talent in general. Each franchise organization must constantly produce print, site add-ons, etc. and most have hundreds or thousands of franchisees who, independently, need content as well.

(more) To begin, I have to ask if you have your customer base in a system that will allow you to communicate with one or all of them instantaneously.... and not get forgotten. EASY, an autoresponder will help you send out birthday wishes, appreciation for past business, recommend a friend or anyone of a thousand ways to tell your customers to remember you, recommend you and keep up the effort to do this on a consistent basis, as consistency is as valuable as anything.  Take a lesson from P.T. Barnum an incredible promoter. Stories of his promotions made history and ushered in the traveling circus. Marketing researchers state that your business will lose as much as 10% of your customers every year for everything from botched repairs to death, transfers, marriages/divorces. Point being, you have to constantly replenish lost customers. Author an e--book which is focused on a brief discussion of plumbing, the types of questions, problems customers experience.  Offer a free copy of the e-book on your website, in postcards to customers, etc. Write a compelling/interesting press release and submit to local and regional media which would include an offer for a free e-book through the newspaper/magazine that prints the publication. That way, the add people to their  base while promoting for you. I have used this methods for over 50 years in all the businesses I have owned or all the many franchises I have developed and it always works. Best of luck! JM

Here is a tip for you that will cause you to make a fortune. Focus on franchises! By contacting a franchisor, you are, in effect, reaching the hundreds or thousands of companies operating under that umbrella.
