At Health Be Yours Massage I provide reasonably priced massage therapy for adults & youth to allow massage to be received not just as a luxury but as a routine step towards a healthier lifestyle.

My family relocated to this area of Texas from the state of Wisconsin.
In 2012 the opportunity to make a career change from a modern medical field to a more holistic & natural field came about and I enrolled in a massage therapy school. Upon completing my training and receiving my license, I gained experience through the franchise massage therapy industry and began to realize that I desired to have my own massage therapy business.
This dream became a reality in 2017 when I opened my own massage therapy business, Health Be Yours, located in the co-working and executive offices building of City Central.
