I personally think the Best way to WOW the Customer is Being Honest. Particularly in my Business, when a Customer goes to other Dealerships Gross Profit is the Bottom Line! Customers don't realize that some of the Smartest People work at Car Dealerships and are conspiring to attack at different angles. Eather they Low Ball the Trade or High Ball as well, taking out of the Gross Profit from the New Vehicle. No, one really know what was really paid for the Vehicle and believe they got a good deal and really lost at both end's. Here at Autos of Dallas Wholesale Dealer, we give our Best Price up Front and do away with the stress of playing ping pong. And for the Trade we are not far off from what the Market is asking for. What we do advise is if we are far off the Trade, go to CarMax and they will buy the Trade right then and there. CarMax is Nation Wide and can ship the vehicle to another State where the market is not Saturated.
