The first one was a welcome relief but another is unnecessary for us. If there is a second package it should be one that must be paid back, maybe no interest but collateral tied to it, this is for businesses. Personal stimulus is another subject. Congress in my opinion at this point should all be fired, it is the most dysfunctional group of people I have ever seen. They live in their Ivory towers while they get nothing done and we are paying them. Not one of us would run a business that way. Like Trump or not he is a business man and maybe that is what we need more of in congress to right the ship, like business, produce or walk.
