The Mission of Heart Centered Minds is to bring to greater awareness the fact that ADD-autism individuals (ADD, ADHD, dyslexia, Asperger's Syndrome and autism) are here with a different way of knowing. This is due to their heart and right-brain Connective Intelligence which is not a deficit or a disorder. Also, lacking a left-brain filter, these individuals are not meant to manage life in our overly left-brain, information-based, separatist manner. This left-brain over-focus runs our world.
The best supportive measures do not attempt to change but build on who these individuals are. Heart Centered Minds presents in-classroom information, life accounts, and research that support this paradigm shift in understanding. Presentations, teacher workshops, consultations, and conference calling are our outreach offerings.
Like these individuals, our heart and right brain Connective Intelligences, along with the resulting balanced use of the left brain, can re-connect us for the well-being of each other and the planet once again.
