Our mission statement is to "Help businesses succeed so communities prosper". We do this by supporting small to mid-sized businesses with their people plan. This includes payroll, compliance, benefits, liability, and training. Our focus is on providing exceptional service and a dedicated service team paired with our technology as we partner with you. How We Got Started
Insperity started back in 1986 by two business owners and partners who experienced firsthand how difficult it was to run a small business and to deal with ever compounding compliance concerns. My role as a local business performance advisor is to expand upon their mission by learning about businesses in the community and seeing where we can best serve as a resource depending on their unique needs.

I act as a business accelerator focused on people operations. I represent Insperity as a business performance advisor, and we as an organization partner with growing companies going through inflection points and growth.
We do this as a certified PEO partner and share directly in the risk and liability of employment as well as containing costs for items such as medical benefits, workers' compensation, 401K, and liability coverage. We also help business owners offload a large portion of their admin burden so they can focus on working on their businesses instead of being stuck working in them.
