Today’s EASY 99.1FM is a 50,000 watt Easy Listening radio station that covers 6 counties: Barnstable, Plymouth, Bristol, Norfolk, Suffolk and Middlesex. Our target demographic are listeners ages 35-65 with money to spend.

After 20 years in radio.....the best way to "wow" your customers is first just be "you" and treat your customers like family with honesty, trust and respect. If any customers ask you a question that you really don't have the answer..be honest with them ad tell them that you will "find the answer"...

The "secret" keys to any successful marketing or sales person is: stay focused(no matter what distractions)..stay organized.....keep your positive attitude, and be disciplined on your "best business practices". In my current radio advertising and marketing career, I do treat my clients like family and I tell them to call or e-mail anytime 24-7(and yes I leave cell phone on 24-7). The best way to "wow" your customers...... just "be there for them" and let them know that your relationship with them is important and cherished by you! That's my story.........enjoy.
