About Us
Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners is a community-based human service organization serving struggling families and individuals who live in eight west Hennepin County suburbs. Our mission is to strengthen our community by meeting basic needs and equipping individuals and families for ongoing stability.

At Interfaith Outreach we deeply focused on relationships. We are successful because of the amazing people in this community...both the broader Twin Cities community and our hyper local service area. We have signature events and three campaigns that support our impact areas which include: food, family support, education and youth, housing and neighborhoods, employment and transportation. We welcome new partners and volunteers (more than 2,000 each year) to help us complete the important work. Our work is guided by the knowledge that together, "this community can become the best version of itself." -LaDonna Hoy, Executive Director

It's all about relationships. Take the time to really get to know your donors and volunteers. Whenever possible, make sure they know who their point person is at your nonprofit so they always know who to call if they have questions and/or want more information - the more deeply connected folks are to your work, the more they will come along with you on your journey to make good things happen in the community. Phone your major donors, send greetings of thanks throughout the year, invite them to special events, provide them news articles about topics related to your work to help educate...the list is endless. Simply, stay connected.
