We provide general construction, construction management, design/build, and leaseback services in Southern Ohio as well as Northern West Virginia. We are also an All American Homes builder.
Tom and Diana Karr are the principal and sole owners of Karr Contracting which was incorporated in February 2006. Their son Wesley is Vice President and Project Manager for the firm.
Wesam Construction, Inc. preceded Karr Contracting, Inc. incorporating in 1978. Tom was a 50% owner of Wesam, which completed nearly 100 projects over the course of 29 years.

Our office is located in the former Skating Rink building off of Route 7 outside Chester, Ohio.
