About Us
INEO is a diverse company facilitating the Employment Program of BC funded by the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction. INEO provides career/vocational counselling, job search support and community support to youth and adults.
INEO also provides a fee for service to individuals, groups, and/or businesses requiring assistance with employment, or business / human resource opportunities. INEO also provides Vocational Rehabilitation services for ICBC and Private Insurance companies.
How We Got Started
INEO was started as a pilot project program with Service Canada in 1998 and has grown from a one person agency to a corporation that employs 15 staff.

I have been writing responses for RFPs and CFPs for many years. It is time consuming, exhausting, and well worth it when you are the successful bidder. I don't believe they are rigged. The issuer may or may not have had success with a vendor prior, but if you are the best one to do the job and put that across in your bid you have just as much or more chance of being successful. RFPs are usually looking for the best service/product for the best price and the responder must make sure they know exactly what the issuer wants and to be able to answer to that.
I believe that our human resources are what make or break the business; so I would prefer to have a human assistant support my work week.
