Well first of all the contact has to have a common interested in what your company does.

When meeting bring the material to present and give to the potential client.

Start conversation on thanking them for taking time to visit.

Explain what you have to offer.

IF time permits talk about things that interest them.

Finally thank them for their time and let them know you look forward hearing from them and perhaps schedule to go to lunch when their schedule permits it.
