Broker Maygan Johnson has managed hundreds of rental homes and brings deep industry knowledge to every property she oversees. She acts as the key liaison between tenants, vendors, and property owners—ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and strong results.

Maygan takes pride in being both proactive and accessible, believing that exceptional communication is the cornerstone of great property management. Her work is driven by a genuine commitment to serving and enriching the lives of both owners and tenants.

Outside of work, Maygan enjoys camping, boating, cooking, discovering great restaurants, and spending time with her family—especially her new grandson.

Maygan is a member of National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has served as Affiliate Chair for the Tampa Bay Chapter and Communications Chair for the West Coast Chapter.

Maygan began her real estate career in 2009 with a local real estate and property management company, where she supported both sales and rental listings. Her passion for the industry quickly grew, leading her to earn her Real Estate License and later her Broker’s License. For eight years, she worked with a large management company, successfully overseeing more than 100 units each year. After relocating down south, Maygan turned that experience and drive into her own business—founding 365 Property Management to bring a more personal, hands-on approach to property management.
