Before we leave the address, we both walk through the site to make sure every square foot has been inspected.

I think everyone has blown this way out of proportion and there are a million other things the US should worry about like illegals crossing our borders, Bidens failure as President, the list can go on and on. 3 inspections in 3 weeks and 2 of them were Wind Mitigation Inspections. Virtual standstill in Florida. I'm sure some of the larger companies have work but I wouldn't imagine much. I have worked with several WDIR Inspectors. I, like the realtors I work with i assume, choose a WDO based his assessment and how they state the problem. A simple problem can be blown out of proportion with the wrong wording just like a large problem can go unnoticed without proper wording . I... (more) I have worked with several WDIR Inspectors. A simple problem can be blown out of proportion with the wrong wording just like a large problem can go unnoticed without proper wording . I guess it all boils down to how they explain because either way can be a deal killer in any inspection service.

To see a customer walk into their new home with confidence or a seller knowing the home they have made memories in, is in pristine shape makes me love my job.
