My business was fortunate enough to become BBB accredited two days after becoming eligible for accreditation. Ever since I uploaded the seal to my website and social media, my number of leads has increased, and the phone is always ringing! I stopped running Google & Facebook Ads when we became accredited because I wanted to be able to gauge the difference in my inquiries. Becoming BBB accredited has increased my visibility and number of clients.

Susan, I have had many new clients tell me they found me on the BBB app. My target demographic is corporate employees trying to obtain the promotion to C-suite and currently C-Suite executives.
