We can provide start–to–finish design and construction, or customize a package of services to address your specific needs. Our services include building design, budgeting, and construction; project management and monitoring; plus consulting and expert witness services.
How We Got Started
Founded in 1953 by Steve Skoolicas, Maine State Builders Inc. was based on the personal commitment to deliver superior workmanship and value to every client. Steve became well known for his hard work and integrity, qualities that we uphold to this day. Steve's son, Bill Skoolicas has served as President since 1984 and continues in that capacity today.
