For me, I think it's mostly just that I really care about helping my customers. When someone has a tough issue, it's always on my mind until I get them taken care of. It's nice to make money, but my favorite thing is when a customer is happy with my work and just says thanks.

I've only been on here a few weeks, but so far, 0% :) I know our business is probably harder since it's mostly service and repair, if everything is working right, I imagine...

But still am curious how long it took on here until you got a confirmed new client?

I'm interested in this too, even though we do office machine service (printers, copiers, etc.), I'd love some ideas too. I 'wish' word of mouth would do the trick, it's hard to just let people know you have actual for real, honest, great services to offer.
