Before you even look at a company for a logo (and I recommend a local company) have you looked at your company and figured out what your brand is, what sets you apart from other companies that do similar thing? What makes you uniques?

Then I recommend looking at what your customers are saying across social media, what is getting the most traction, how can you make sure that is part of your brand? Is your brand messaging consistent across all five social media sites?

How you are presenting yourself should impact the logo design as well as how people are perceiving your company because perception does become reality, maybe you need to change the perception or maybe you need to reflect that perception.

Finally a couple other hints- try standardizing colors, fonts, taglines and wording across your social media first and that is a quick way to begin developing your company identity!
