CoachGlo has been coaching women for over 20 years....specifically in personal goals such as empowerment, relationships, divorce and addiction. Gliding With Glo Life Coaching was created in 2011 and opened in Bedford Hills, NY in February 2016.
Life Coaching is NOT Therapy ~ schedule a 1 hour Complimentary Discovery Session.
Aromatherapy and brief meditation prior to every Session.
Services availablein person, via phone and online via Zoom.
How We Got Started
I've been through the challenges and am now on the other side. A deep passion for helping women reclaim their inner champion and achieve their life's goals ignites in every fiber of my being. After certification in 2011, my son suggested I hang out my shingle. Filled with fear but driven by faith, Gliding With Glo Life Coaching was born.

Although they are from various industries, business principles are business principles. They each offer professional wisdom from their experience. I value their advice because I have grown to know, like and trust these individuals.
In addition, one key business advice I learned from my mother, who was an entrepreneur back in the 50's and always holds true until today...."be honest".

I coach and support my Clients when they are feeling stuck... stuck in fear - fear of failure, fear of success, fear of the unknown. Through my 20+ years experience as a Life Coach I continue to learn from my Clients as well. I believe this is what helps me remain teachable. Once one thinks they know it all, you're in trouble. My Clients describe me as being firm, fair and fun.
One key factor on the business end is not letting my ego get in the way of operating my practice. What makes sense, what doesn't? I don't need the latest bells and whistles to run my business. I remain humble and maintain a healthy p&l to keep my operating expenses and my fees reasonable.

Absolutely NOT a meds fan. I have witnessed many cases of addiction to opioides in even the most innocent nature. I am a big believer in alternative remedies - chiropractor, energy healing, essential oils, spiritual healing, acupuncture,reiki, meditation, etc. It's all in the mind. WE...

WE definitely can heal ourselves. If you have not seen the documentary entitled, "HEAL" on Netflix", I highly recommend.

I still want those extra eyes and ears looking over me. It has helped not only my practice to grow, but for my personal development as well.
In my business it gets pretty busy.....reason being resolutions have been made, goals have been set and most are looking for an accountability partner. No remedy needed here...like the saying goes, "if it's not broken, don't fix it."
