Have been practicing Real Estate for 20 years. I work with Steve Smith & Associates & Keller Williams Consultants Realty. Our team has three offices located in Dublin, Powell & Plain City. That's are base but cover surrounding territories throughout central Ohio.

In our business we made adjustments for showings to buyers & sellers. Our office at Keller Williams Consultants has followed all guide lines. Technology has helped all of us to maintain our jobs & keep going! As far as another lockdown with businesses & schools I hope this would not happen....

Technology has helped all of us to maintain our jobs & keep going! As far as another lockdown with businesses & schools I hope this would not happen. Businesses as far as I've seen here in central Ohio have followed all precautions in regard to restaurants, work places etc. My concern is gatherings of hundreds of people, not keeping social distance or wearing masks- that to me is unacceptable. None of us expected what has happened & the loss of lives. Hopefully with the vaccinations this virus will end.

Our team uses Zoom for office meeting and coaching and of course emails and marketing. Most important to me is talking to other realtors, lenders & my clients. I'm not so much into texting! I like the human contact.

It's exhausting, even when you have a technical problem- can never get help, only chat and it doesn't begin to answer your problem! I like to talk with people, it shows they care about who you are and your needs. I'm Realtor, and communicating directly to people is very important. Businesses should realize their missing the element of direct communication. Do they care, who knows- some do! Those are the people I connect with.

I'll just speak for Ohio, Governor DeWine has done an amazing job in having daily news conferences throughout the week in keeping us up to date on those confirmed people affected as well as the death rate. He has recently opened up some areas. In my opinion I realize people need to get back to work to support their families. My business is low at this time but opening up all businesses as other states have done gives me concern. In my opinion opening businesses at a slow rate with protection coverage would be fine. This virus is highly contagious look at the number of deaths in larger cities. We need testing available for all of us. Going fast opening up all areas & the virus spreads then it takes longer to bring back our economy.

I continually call past clients to offer assistance if needed. I have a number of contractors for specific needs. As a realtor to be direct this is a very hard time for all of us. The good news is technology is helping all of us keeping in touch through face book & other social media. I've been trying to learn all of this which is a start to keep connected to our communities, clients and friends. I enjoy helping first time buyers, sellers, elderly clients looking to downsize. Coming up with new ideas such as virtual tours & scheduling appointments at a specific time to keep all clients safe. I wish everyone to stay at home & be safe.

I would say location, check out the community. Some of the biggest red flags when viewing the home or having an inspection are appliances working properly, any water issues in basement area or other areas of home, window seals that have moisture between windows and fuse box, should not be double tapped & working properly. Broken gutters & downspouts are important for proper drainage away from home.
Inspections do not cover cosmetic issues such as carpeting or painting. What is important always talk about what home maintenance will be needed after purchase of home. I provide good inspectors to cover these issues. The issues I just mentioned are the most important but other items may occur during the inspection.
