It is true that it's convenient when home inspectors have a WDIR inspector they work with and do as a "package". However, it is my practice to give my clients several WDIR inspector names (just as I give home inspector names) and they can choose who they would like. I don't typically give them home inspector names based on the fact that they do the WDIR as well. Most of the WDIR inspectors in our area will coordinate with any of the home inspectors when possible.
