My work grew out of years as an instructional designer supporting leaders, educators, and organizations who wanted to create courses or training materials.

They often came with a specific request: build a course, explain a concept, or document a tool. What was usually missing was clarity around the bigger picture. They had content, but not a clear message. They had expertise, but not a structure that matched the people they wanted to reach.

My role became helping them see how everything connected. The message, the learner, the purpose, and the outcome needed to align before any course could truly work.

That experience shapes how I work today. I now guide faith-led women to bring that same level of clarity and integration to what they are meant to teach. When alignment comes first, course creation becomes focused, grounded, and effective. From there, women can teach with confidence and serve in ways that reflect their calling.
