Hi everyone. I want to take a moment to remind everyone to please take to heart the comments and recommendations of our Mayor Greg Mangarelli. Please keep in mind that the actions that are taking place in our grocery stores is negatively impacting many of our residents and reacting out of fear is worse than handling the issue in front of us calmly. We are a great Country and have a great County and we will overcome this health issue as we have so many times in the past. Please look outside of yourself and remember that others, such as your neighbors, are also in need of grocery items to simply get through daily life. Please stop buying more than you need or will use.
At Mile High Property Inspections, I continue to work for clients that require my service. At many inspections, clients are not present and it would appear that some clients are choosing to move forward with their transactions but are remaining at home for the time being. My work still gets them the answers they need to help them make decisions about their purchase. Of course, our common sense as humans tells us that if we do not feel well, especially right now through this time, I believe clients and certainly myself, would stay home and of course my inspection information will be delivered to them as it always is, by e-mail. Fortunately, I have very good relationships with some of our other local inspectors and if I did not feel well at any time, I am thankful that I could reach out and make sure clients are taken care of by inspectors I trust to do great work, even if it means I am not part of the process. I also have a very good respirator that I incorporate in my work regularly and would trust through these times if needed.
I am open for business and plan to remain open if I can be of service to inspect or answer questions for anyone in need. More importantly, I wish everybody well and ask that you please allow common sense to rule the day with how we carry ourselves, how we protect ourselves and others, how we support local businesses where we can and that we do not hoard items from our grocery stores. Help all of those that you can, as it is safe to do so and remember that our great community will get back to normal.

As a home inspector, although I get paid by a client, I really work for the home. My job is to see how the home is performing. I love helping to educate clients about a property so they can make an educated decision about the purchase.
