Our founders, Mark and Jake Swenson, are a father-son duo who began working together over 20 years ago in Northern Wisconsin. As second and third generation homebuilders, Mark had Jake on the jobsite as soon as he could swing a hammer. After graduating college in 2018, Jake decided to keep building homes with his dad rather than pursue an engineering career.
In 2019, Swenson Home Builders migrated to Prescott, Arizona. Since then, they have quickly garnered a reputation for bringing integrity, quality, and family values to their work in the Quad City area. The team has also grown within the family–Mark’s daughter, Mackenzie, came on board in 2022 working directly with Custom Home clients and managing general operations.
