You talk about work at work and home life at home with as little crossover as is possible. The biggest challenge is to try to not react different to anything (questions, instructions, etc) that is said than if someone totally unrelated said. What I told my siblings and my kids " Let's think about this, unless we think we can work together without effecting our personal relationship let's not do this"
