Practical, fad-free, made-to-fit, fundamental tactics that enable people to choose goals that impact strategy and create the run-way to develop the skills to meet them--learning from experience while they get results. The outcome: making strategy possible through people.
I had great success in large companies, like American Express, thinking and acting like an entrepreneur--discovering talent gaps in the way of getting higher performance, turning these gaps into opportunities by inventing novel, simpler, science based solutions that worked and delivered value faster. I founded my firm to use this approach in smaller, growing companies (as well as parts of larger firms open to invention). I discovered that these companies are my natural habitat where I thrive using my particular strengths and applying my passion for results.
