About Us

I provide leaders with two things. Coaching to discover and develop those few behaviors that will increase their impact on people to get results in line with strategy. Practical, fad-free, made-to-fit, fundamental tactics that enable people to choose goals that impact strategy and create the run-way to develop the skills to meet them--learning from experience while they get results. The outcome: making strategy possible through people.

How We Got Started

I had great success in large companies, like American Express, thinking and acting like an entrepreneur--discovering talent gaps in the way of getting higher performance, turning these gaps into opportunities by inventing novel, simpler, science based solutions that worked and delivered value faster. I founded my firm to use this approach in smaller, growing companies (as well as parts of larger firms open to invention). I discovered that these companies are my natural habitat where I thrive using my particular strengths and applying my passion for results.

He is a natural at putting customers and employees first while growing the bottom line. I would recommend any company to do business with Ruby and Solberg and any potential employee to give serious consideration to working there. "

Right now my networking is 100% virtual.  When the coast is clear I think it will be 70% virtual, 30% in person as I am upgrading my business model and social media to accommodate more virtual connections. Already on a path to deliver mostly virtual coaching and learning from my log home (being built now) on our 5 acres in Prineville.  If I knew the pandemic was coming I would have developed my digital skills faster. Now running faster and learning from experience. A combination of strengthening the connection with friends which is good for my morale and reaching out to professional colleagues to help me learn new digital skills.   (more) A combination of strengthening the connection with friends which is good for my morale and reaching out to professional colleagues to help me learn new digital skills.
