We do not charge for initial inspections. We do charge for estimates and sketch's. We will charge also for consulting fees for time spent, if any, for working with insurance companies on insurance claims. Fees are reasonable and affordable. These fees will be waived for the homeowner/property owner if they sign into a contract with a preferred Pioneer EC Firm contractor and/or we serve in the roll of Project Management.
