Once you have a goal or direction for your project, the images and diagrams provided in your Dwelling Betterment Report can be enhanced and detailed. The Vision Package provides you with concept drawings and more focused development of the DBR results. This is adjacent an architect's service or a design build service. ENVHA provides this as a stand–alone product that can be brought to a designer, contractor or to an architect. If it does not involve construction, you may use it to guide your own purchases, in–house project work and other consultants. We can develop the Vision Package as an integrated part of the full path to permits and construction, if that is needed. The Vision Package may have plans, drawings, diagrams and sketches. Where required, we produce schedules and other procedural documents, outline corrective processes and other written documents, can be provided. 

Our service differs from these in that we are not construction–centric.
