Cell phones should be on silence during meetings for the following reasons,
1. Its a matter of respect for the person or persons time that are right in front of you.
2. It allows you to make Eye to Eye contact which is Essential to making a sale.
3. It helps you to be able to focus your attention on the speaker or client in front of you.
This is also very important, if an important phone call comes in while your are in a meeting, ask politely of the speaker or client if its okay that I take this call?

Perhaps if you received an Honorary award, Top Producer in your Office or you completed a Real Estate Course you could put that on Facebook but check with the Mass Licensing board to be Safe!
