I would agree that we need to build a team around you but there are 2 teams.. your staff and the teams that Rachel Cox talks about. For me, it is done over time and will some skill and some luck. Of course, you need to reduce the luck so that it is not as detrimental to the bussiness. And luck...

The best Client is one that wants to be in class and is will to work to do all that is needed to complete the certification with a good attitude and I will be there working with that person until the cows come home.
