We started out in the restaurant business. We had Hibachi Xpress restaurants in the triangle area for many years. Our customers came in and asked up to make Hibachi for their party. Of course we can make it happen. Then word got out that we would "Cater" larger groups. Thus our catering services emerged as the demand grew. Thus we started out with Hibachi Xpress Catering. The last 5 years, our clients wanted more than just Hibachi for their lunch meetings. They wanted us to cater their holiday parties and weddings. But they had their menu ideas already and wanted to see if we could prepare it. Of course we can. Now we are better known as Catering Concepts.
2020 has been the year to pivot for many businesses. Our different menu brands grew to be part of the new Chow Time Food Hall. We continue to offer catering services for our group clients, but found the need to feed hungry guests and families. When you're hungry...Its Chow Time!
