Long before the company was formed, Eric's old business was a serial commercial borrower and direct lender in the retail consumer finance space. Spanning the period from 1992-2019 Eric's prior business had 7-different lenders, 11-loan closing and exited with a $15M ABL. Experience was the greatest teacher and with consistent challenges and stress points in each of the 11-prior loan closings, the future vision for Commercial Loans Made Easy was born.
