How We Got Started

For decades, I felt like a stranger in my own body. Juggling work, family, and everything else left me constantly drained, with stubborn weight clinging on. I tried every quick fix under the sun, but nothing felt sustainable or truly addressed how I felt.

Then, I discovered the power of holistic health. By focusing on whole-body wellness, I finally started to feel like myself again. My energy soared, my hormones balanced, and the weight came off naturally. More importantly, I felt empowered and in control of my body and health.

This transformation fueled a passion within me to help other women reclaim their energy, confidence, and achieve lasting weight loss and wellness, all without the stress of restrictive diets or unrealistic expectations.

Like any short-term diet, keto involves a restrictive way of eating, so weight loss is likely to occur. However, maintaining the weight loss is often the most difficult part because if you revert back to eating nonketo, the weight often comes back. In my opinion, eating a balanced diet is the best way to achieve sustainable weight loss.

I can sum it up in 3 words - "know your why." What I mean by that is have a clear understanding of what made you decide to start the business in the first place and what the long term goal is that you want to achieve.
