To try to hold fast is to be left behind”. Book, Failing Forward Have you heard of the cleaner Formula 409? Note- I really don’t know for sure if it took that many times to get it right, but it makes my point. A while back I did a presentation/talk. I tied together - MLKing, Metallica and the CEO of Starbucks. Very briefly Believe in your dream, trust yourself and follow your dream. We all know the “I have a Dream” speech. MLKing Nothing Else Matters by Metallica and Howard Shultz, who was told by his future father in-law to forget his dream and get a real job. So what does all this mean? First, you can’t just do the same thing the same way forever, Always be looking for ways to improve/expand what you do. Others will find a better way if you do not, you will be stuck in the past. Better yet be the innovator of your profession. Change the rules. Second, don’t be afraid of failure. Use that knowledge to be/make it better next time. Of course prior research helps a lot. Never stop learning. Third, trust in yourself, be passionate about what you are doing. If you understand and are constantly keeping up with what is happening in your field, put one one foot in front of the other, you cannot help but move forward. I wouldn’t say I am wealthy in monetary terms, but I am growing in that direction. Ive been in the hobby of Remotely Piloted Aircraft for 30 years. And finally the world/technology has caught up with my passion. sUAS (small Unmanned Aerial Systems) more commonly known as Drones. I have been fortunate to be one of less than a handful of people in the U.S. to fly a drone professionally in highly restricted areas. How? i know my drones i trust myself professionalism i did this quietly without screaming “I’m better, pick me, pick me! And Yes nessity IS the Mother of invention. Imagination is the Father. :)

With aerial photo/video sometimes I am able to shoot a building or subject and as a sample send the photo or video but have a watermark imbedded. If it looks good and then the watermark is removed and the sale moves forward with additional...

With aerial photo/video sometimes I am able to shoot a building or subject and as a sample send the photo or video but have a watermark imbedded. If it looks good and then the watermark is removed and the sale moves forward with additional footage.
If the project is an event at a country club for example, booked in advance ( weeks or months). I will “listesn” to what they want, go to the event site shoot a few samples so they can imagine what it would look like during the event. It also gives me a chance visualize and start the planning process.
One word...... Listen.
