We have been performing quality home inspections full time here in the desert & the surrounding Inland Empire for nearly 3 decades. In addition, as a CA State-licensed general contractor, we also offer residential remodeling services.

During our home inspections we use drone photography for the roof section because it provides a superior birds' eye view while at the same time minimizing any potential damage, especially with clay tile roofs.

We also offer infrared photography as an additional service during our inspections in order to locate potential areas of breached energy efficiency, electrical hot spots, in addition to plumbing leaks.

We were invited to be a part of home inspection service offered through a home warranty company back in the mid-1990s. Because of my construction background, we thought it would be a perfect fit, and it was!
Not long after that, the home warranty company decided having an in-house home inspection service was a conflict of interest, so they offered me the reigns, so to speak and I've been enjoying this work ever since.
