How important is company culture....... it is paramount Company culture affects everyone and every department from management to front line staff. It the culture is toxic, productivity will be toxic, customer care will be poor. If culture is positive, strong, team work supportive, then productivity will be very high, turn over very low and customer care very excellent. I have seen over 25 years in HR, that culture is the one thing that can "make or break" a company's success.

Good Morning, I am so sorry to hear about your friend, there are 1000s of resources and many ways to make income while taking care of her precious children. give me a couple of days and I will get back to you by Monday, I will reach out to all of my resources and networks and partners and see what all I can find for her, in the way of income, child care and help overall. I have many connections due to 25 years of HR business, volunteer work in a non profit and just being in the desert for 30 years. Including 7500 LinkedIn connections, where I will reach out as well.
Please tell her to stay strong, she will be in my prayers as well. With her service to our country, this just shouldn't be happening to her.
I dont know if she is Christian or a church goer, however, Covenant Church in Desert Hot springs is a small family church with wonderful people. I attend there as well. She is welcome to visit us there, to make some supportive friends. its at 66501 Pierson Blvd, Desert Hot Springs CA. Services are Weds 7PM and Sundays at 10AM, they do provide childcare for all children ages 6 months to 11 years old.
