It is going to make an impact on everyone. It is going to impact the small businesses in two ways, first if you are at a comfortable stage in your business where you can afford your staff and they are being paid fairly and you are making a profit unfortunately that is going to change, because you will not be able to pay your staff $15.00 an hour comfortably it will force you to eliminate jobs, 2nd it is going to force you to raise your prices and that may cause a decline in your business or even forcing you to close because you can't make it. This chain of action will not only effect small businesses but this will start at the top of the chain with the manufacturers and spiral on down. Prices on everything is going to sky rocket and things will not be affordable. Also, when hiring you will have to pay someone with less experience than someone else at $15.00, which is not a comfortable rate for that individual. This whole proposal was not thought through properly and not looked at through the big picture.
